The staff was really helpful. Convenient and quiet location. - Short walk to theaters, downtown, and shopping areas. - Nearby Cafe Dio offered tea and coffee.

The wall behind the toilet was falling apart, the shower was way too close to the sink,bathroom way too small. The bed was very uncomfortable and broken down. There was a light that did not work at all. It was noisey from above. You could here them just walking across the room. For the price there are much nicer hotels that also serve a much better breakfast for te same price.

I did not know that the hotel was being remodeled and under construction.it served me fine though as I was attending my class reunion across the street and the location was perfect.

This place is fabulous! the rooms here are well-equipped, and the staff is super friendly. I really liked the room with the comfy bed - it was just great. All the services provided were excellent. 🌟

Because of the construction I had to climb over the curb and dirt to get to the room.

Nicely decorated hotel, all in all we felt very comfortable.

The breakfast was satisfactory with sausage and waffles and bagels, you will not be disappointed. Everyone from the staff was attentive. Location: the hotel was just off the SJC airport and the town of Los Gatos as well as there restaurant Grill 57. It also was close to Silicon valley.

Remodeled facilities, well-maintained and clean. Courteous front desk service. Comfortable beds, wanted to buy one for home. Quiet room with good insulation. New and contemporary decor, nice fixtures. Good breakfast selection, bright and airy lobby. Safe location, close to downtown. Convenient parking. Safe feeling with security cameras.

We live in the bay area and just needed a place to stay one night to attend a funeral.. I met our needs nicely. Good breakfast stuff.

Just what we needed - a comfy double room with a cozy bed that let us roll our suitcase around easily. the staff were so friendly and kind 😊.
